Drishti is a learning community for developing ideas for integral action, through research, writing, and community conversations. We have witnessed the great complexity of global issues and see how these require a comprehensive, truly interdisciplinary approach. We explore, through research and dialogue, the practicality of using an Integral approach (in particular), as well as other innovative frameworks, to address sustainability and development.

Our vision is for social change agents and development practitioners to work with comprehensive, innovative, and integral approaches for sustainable, transformative change...uniting insight with action. And our intention is to undertake the research, create the partnerships, hold the community conversations, and provide resource openly for such approaches to flourish.

Drishti is the foundation of a community that is turning outward to the world, committed to something much bigger than their circle alone, while also consisting of individuals who are looking inward, to work with their own self-awareness. Engaging actively, while cultivating mindfulness, is not something you often come by in today's fast paced social change context.
